Voting Question: How many part time jobs should I put on my resume if all I have are part time jobs?

I have a problem. I am 34 and have never had a full time job. I Have always worked seasonal retail positions and or part time seasonal customer service/security positions.. I currently have had 5 years experience at a sports arena in security/event staff (TD Garden), since 2006, and Gillette Stadium Since 2002. Before that I had seasonal holiday shop experience as a cashier in Sears, - a short stint with American Eagle Airlines as a baggage handler (I didn't like being outside so left), before that I did Dec 1999-Aug 2000 as a bookseller at Waldenbooks, (there was a management shift and they weren't giving any of the old staff any hours, so I left), May 1998 to April 1999 I worked at Caldor as a switchboard PBX operator.. multi phone lines. (The store closed/went out of business in 1999). Its a shame because I probably would have stayed with the company for a couple years. more. Summer 1997 I worked in mens sportswear in between college for Macys, Summer 1996 , Taco Bell as a Dining room cleaner/Dining room attendant, (the store won a cleanliness award from the district while I was there for scoring above 95%) . and my first job in 1995 was at a movie theater as an usher/cleaner. What I am wondering is how many of these should I go back to, and put on the resume??? I feel like I have a lot of experience but because I don't have a full time job it might be hurting me on my resume ...how can I make my resume look better???

Nordstrom Return Policy Cash Back?

had an incident with a punk kid at Nordstrom (location undisclosed) in the Mens sportswear section. My mother had bought me several pair of jeans for graduation and I had enough already so I returned them, they were never worn, I had the receipt, and all tags were on the jeans. So I returned them some of them on Monday and the kid working at the register asked me why i wanted to return them and I told him I didnt need them and I wanted cash back. So he went and gave me cash back. The following day i was in town and i stopped by nordstrom and returned the rest of my jeans and shirts I got from graduation from my mother all with receipt and tags and asked for cash back, in which he said no, "he couldnt give cash back," the day before he had no problem. Keep in mind, I have returned items from other nordstrom locations with no problem whatsover. He went and got the manager and the manager gave me my cash back finally, and said i couldnt get cash back again. I told him I can get cash back as many times as I want aslong as I bring in my receipt, tags and the clothes were never worn. He said no, it will go back on your card only. Now, I want to make sure I am in the right here, I am almost positive, under Nordstrom policies you have the choice what option you want the return in, not the register clerk. Can someone please shed some light into this, thanks.
